I just receive last week from eyeka email regarding our winning entry on microsoft previous competition. Well, its easy to win hundred of dollars to this competition. Then i realize with an organize knowledge we can regain our Filipino global competitiveness, creativity, guts and identity.
So its so easy to be a World Champion or Olympic Champion online. Instead of thinking or blaming our system, we can do more than that; to improve this and that by promoting winning advocacy in every feild of expertise. Lets focus on the solution than doing nothing at all or doing some blamestorming, crab mentality or whatsoever unproductive habit. Which is a total disaster or waste of time. Blogging thing like this is like Hoping sometime when i approach my fellowmen to join they won't say "ang hirap naman nyan", "hangang dito lng ako sa pinas" "takot ako sa foriegner". Call Center Proven Telemarketing Secrets
I spent 4 years of research on how do reps survive and exceed their quota and getting commission the way they think and do. Because, i as a former rep experience itself so its time to reveal the secrets.
Some reps succeed in call center outbound sale not because they are smart reps or very fluent in English. They succeed because they deliver result, numbers, good performance and they have a great value to a company. Also they have resistance and persistence to make a quality good sale among irate customers. They please these customers, Also they are an intelligent followers. They read a lot of business book and magazines listen to top sellers advice and recordings and do extra mile.
In telemarketing sale i can say their is no place for amateur, because if you are trying to be mediocre the tendency is you don't hit your goal. You stuck to poverty and you don't get luxury, better quality of living and class in life. You loose your job or you ended up as an ordinary rep. Some reps became a supervisor in 1 year and some reps became a manager in 2 years, reps became a call center director in 5 years (I've witness the growth of this people from humbly beginning). While most of the reps remain a middle performer rep for 5 years or more. My advice is that you do the habit of doing more than what you are paid for.
So here's the company example of value compensation i work for when i reach the maximum level and promoted from trainee to supervisor 2 years ago.
Outbound US Sales
Trainee – 10k
Salary Level 1 @ 14k Salary Level is The Change of Philosophy

I once became a Facebook application addict for a while (Farmville and Restaurant City), but after a month, I realized that I've been wasting my time on those things. That's why when I saw some contests that don't need some designing skills I didn't hesitate to join. I even became active in the blogosphere and gained a lot of online friends.
On joining online contest we lost on some, but we also won big time on a few of the contests. Last year was the luckiest year for both of us. We had won on several contests and because of those prizes we had paid off some of our long time debt. I do believe in this saying wholeheartedly, "Share your blessings with others." Whenever we receive a blessing we never fail to give back something to other people, to church or to charity.

Join the Top 10 Emerging Influential Blogs for 2010 Writing Project
These are blogs that started anytime from March 1, 2009 to the present. These blogs are gradually gaining a considerable amount of following and influence. The bloggers behind them established the blog for various reasons such as expression of thoughts, sharing of knowledge and insight, events reporting or coverage, and some for profit.
This writing project will not be possible without the support of sponsors such as Events and Corporate Video, Budget hotel in Makati, Pinoy Party Food, Copyediting Services, PR Agency Philippines, Budget Travel Philippines, Send Gifts to the Philippines, and Corporate Events Organizer.
Who can join?
- Any blogger in the world. Only one entry per blogger.
- Blog or website owner profile and e-mail is accessible or visible online.
- Blog is at least 3 months old by the time one joins the writing project.
- Write a blog post and pick your choice of at least five (5) to ten (10) emerging influential blogs.
- Any blog in the world can be picked.
- You can update the same post entry up to August 31. However, please inform us of any changes.
- Old blogs who move to a new domain are disqualified
- Blogs who remove their archives just to fit in the cut-off date are disqualified.
- All blogs mentioned should be accompanied by a brief explanation on why they were chosen.
- Include a link to this post to help spread the word and encourage others to participate.
- To be included in the raffle, links to the following sponsors should also be in the entry. They are Events and Corporate Video, Budget hotel in Makati, Pinoy Party Food, Copyediting Services, PR Agency Philippines, Budget Travel Philippines, and Corporate Events Organizer. We are accepting sponsors up to June 12 only. Interested sponsors can contact us.
- Post a comment and let us know about your entry. Only one entry per blogger. Cut-off date and time for submission of entries is on August 31. After the said date, submission of comments in this page shall be closed.
- List the blogs that you've chosen. Only those that are blogs and created anytime from March 2009 to the present shall be listed.
- All entries will also be put in a master list. Only those with a minimum list of five qualified blogs shall be included in the entries masterlist and shall serve as final count basis.
- I encourage you to subscribe to our blog and receive updates as this writing project evolves.
- Make a final review of posts. We will post a message in your entry to inform you that we've completed the review and no more updates shall be entertained afterwards.
- Note that we have the right to disqualify entries and the citations they made, if we are not able to confirm or authenticate the blogger's identity on or before September 3. This is especially true to blogs with anonymous identities and those with pre-dated entries (versus its blog date creation).
- Have a blogging event for writing project participants.
- Announce the The Top 10 Emerging Influential Blogs for 2010 based from entries received.
- Pick ten writing project entries in random who will get one hundred dollars (US$100) each.
- Only those in the entries master list and with link to sponsors giving the prize shall be included in the raffle.
- Only those with complete 10 qualified blogs mentioned shall be included in the raffle.
- Prizes are given in cash during the eyeball event or transmitted via Paypal.
- In addition, one best written entry shall be chosen by inWrite and will get US$100.
- Getting link love.
- Meet bloggers.
- Receive traffic (especially to those who join early on) from current and prospective participants.
- More than anything else, you will also be supporting a worthy purpose of spotting and promoting new blogs that are making great waves out there.

As we are about to start this May, here is a compilation of questions asked about the Top 10 Emerging Influential Blogs 2010 Writing Project and their answers.
Question #1: What is the intent of the writing project?
Answer:
To help promote new blogs/bloggers and put the spotlight on them. These blogs are gradually gaining a considerable amount of following and influence. The bloggers behind them established the blog for various reasons such as expression of thoughts, sharing of knowledge and insight, events reporting or coverage, and some for profit.
I hope the writing project, as it introduces new blogs, will give blog newbies the chance to shine and grow.
At the end of it, we celebrate and give recognition to those that were favored by writing project participants.
Question #2: How can we nominate a blog?
Answer: You just make a blog post citing the blogs that you believe are emerging and influential. The blog must be created anytime within the date range of March 2009 to the present. The writing project page will be up this May where you'll be able to submit your blog post link.
Question #3: What do you consider as legitimate blogs that can be used to submit an entry to this writing project?
Answer: For as long as the identity of the blog owner can be identified, it is considered as a valid blog and can be used to submit an entry for the writing project. Although for this year, we are requiring a 3 months blog age (based on the date of post url submission) as minimum requirement.
Question #3: Can a blogger nominate his or her own blog?
Answer: Yes.
Question #4: Are there restrictions on campaigning?
Answer: None.
Question #5: Are the writing project entries visible to everyone?
Answer: Yes. All submissions are made in the comments section of join the writing project page that anyone can view, check, and make their own tally.
Question #6: I created a blog early this year, but I imported blog posts from an older blog of mine. Does it qualify?
Answer: If that is a continuation of your older blog, then it will not be qualified. However, if you only imported it for repository purpose, you can make a declaration in your blog citing that your blog started only a particular date (covered by the writing project minimum date).
Question #7: Can Tumblr blogs, Multiply blogs, Facebook Notes, and the likes be used to submit an entry?
Answer: Yes for as long as they are publicly viewable (not private pages where friends can only see it).
