Business Call: Telesales Closing an Attorney/CEO

Business Call: Telesales Closing an Attorney/CEO

Business Call: Telesales Closing an Attorney - Most people say, Its really hard to approach somebody who's smarter/honorable/classy/powerful than you. Well i say its not true because were are all both humans (ask them what do they eat? same with anybody) And said it to yourself i will do a better service to do business very nicely with this nice talented and smartest people.

Whether he is a wall street mogul, geek web developer, programmer, a brigade commander, CEO, CFO, doctor, staff, driver, burger flipper, taipan, a simple employee or an attorney.

Speaking of attorney i encounter most of the sales people or telemarketer are intimidated to attorney not to mention the few that i know. Me my self i was intimidated before but when i carefully analyze/strategize i realize that closing them and making a deal with them is so easy. To the point that they really like your charisma and selling skills that they will praise you, call your sir or ma'am to the extent that they will entrust you their bank accounts, connections or credit card.

Here's the typical scenario of a challenging day in a call center or office selling stuff, property to an attorney or CEO.

Telemarketer Selling Website/SEO/Business listing on line.

Salesman: Im calling for company ABC to set up your business website..advertise to my hosting..blog..google..listing..presentation..spills..rebuttals..eventually callback or not interested..or no deal at all...
Attorney/CEO: I'm busy and i got a lot of things to do, im a lawyer, you're wasting my time, get a job, not interested, im busy, don't you know im an attorney? talk to my secretary, do you know the law? the worst is do not call me (once heared do courtesy close do not ever rebut or argue with any DNC you may fine!!)

Here's the picture:Insert this to your spill and presentation
Tell them a great charismatic story very nicely commend them and rapport them as they are very honorable person. Yes they are people love to talk to themselves. Before you sell to them you must sell them to you. i mean speak their language unless they wont hear your call...Sell their needs and lifestyle also make their life easier..
Whats your specialization? Criminal, Marriage, Business or Corporate?
How long you've been in the honorable-profession? how many cases you've won?
I believe that honorable and Libra/Liberty man like you always promote justice to a people like me.
All of the registered attorney swear to the United States Bar or Philippine Bar Association to protect and give equal law to the public like me.
I'm not going to waste your time im here to help to get the clients you need.
Reason for attorney to exist and reason for me to help you the essence of our existence.
I believe that you know that the best attorney's are the 1 who's being found by their client easily. let me help you how powerful business listing, SEO's and websites to dominate other smart attorney on line. In today's would i believe that you would select the best clients that would give you more value.
Im not telling you to make more clients if client a would cost you 50 000 pesos and client b would cost you 50 000 US$ dollars of course you would select the 1 that got the value. Whether its the value of honor on which to prioritize the client who would win based on your expertise.
I'm here to prioritize you over thousands of other attorney in Quezon City, Makati City or NYC to dominate other attorney on line. Because i believe you know a lot of attorneys passed the bar exam every year right? I will prioritize your business or law firm ahead of them so you can be easily found in the market place.

Nobody has the full control of the mind of the customer, but what i can guarantee is a total marketing exposure..total on line dominance...professional web..optimize keywords..higher probability of business deals..
Im here to help you connect to the market place and to full fill your mission in profession.

In USA i could say that virtual business deal is really effective like the webinar.
If you watched the movie of George Clooney's character travels around the country firing different kind of people. In the movie up in the air you would wonder how much can you save time in virtual or internet transaction. See also boiler room, glenn garry glen ross, the pursuit of happiness, apprentice, the secret, wall street. Hope you will learn, apply and get result a lot!!!

Happy selling and give quality sales!!!
So where is the echo of wall street icon and top sellers came from??
It's not an accidental its a habit, in the heart and mind of every believer..
So sales people this is 1 way to boost your morale and be competent in your sales endeavor
So don't be afraid to do business with anybody feel free to ask me if you need help.

The top prize for the Waboba Asia Video Competition is a two-night vacation for two at a five-star hotel in Sanya, Hainan. The prize includes return flights within Asia to Sanya, Hainan, two nights for two in a five-star hotel and 5,000 RMB in cash.

The winner’s trip to Sanya should ideally coincide with either the Waboba Hainan SurfnSkate event in March 2011 or the Surfing Hainan Open in November 2010.

Competition runners-up will receive various prizes including Waboba balls, Waboba Flyers, beach towels and T-shirts.

The competition is open to anyone in Asia, so get your camera out and start shooting.

Step 1: Make a video up to three minutes long, an exciting one, a funny one, an unusual one… it can be any style you like as long as it includes a Waboba ball in it in some way, preferably with the ball bouncing on water.

Step 2: Post your video on a video website such as Tudou, Youku, Youtube or Vimeo. (If you post it on a site that is outside the Chinese firewall, such as YouTube or Vimeo, keep your video handy because we will ask you either to send us a copy of the video via ftp or to post the video up a second time on a Chinese video hosting website.)

Step 3: Tag the video “Waboba” and “WAVC” along with any other tags you think appropriate.

Step 4: Send us an email at bisai at waboba-asia.com giving your name, address and the URL for your video.

The competition closing date is September 10, 2010

Extra Information:

What type of video should I shoot?

As long as there’s a Waboba ball in there somewhere, the choice is yours. We are allowing videos up to three minutes long to allow you to tell a mini-story if you choose. Also bear in mind that we are keen on “viral” videos, the type of video that you will be dying to tell your friends about.

The video also needs to be appropriate for viewers of all ages. Waboba will not accept entries with content it deems unsuitable.

Keep a high-quality copy of the original video

When you create the video, prepare it in the highest resolution you can and then create a lower resolution version to post up on the video website. If you are a competition winner, we may ask you to provide us with the high resolution version later on.

Who is eligible to enter the competition?

To be eligible for the competition, you must either live in Asia or enter a video filmed during a visit to Asia.

If you are under 18 years old or if the video includes children under the age of 18, we may ask you to provide consent forms signed by a parent or guardian.

How do I enter the competition?

You must signal your entry to the competition by tagging your video “Waboba” and “WAVC” and by emailing us at bisai at waboba-asia.com with your name, address and the URL for your video.

What is the closing date?

The final closing time for the competition is midnight on September 10, 2010.

How many videos can I enter?

You can enter as many videos as you like, but please do not enter multiple versions of the same video. Each entry should be completely different. You can also make changes to your video before the final closing date, as long as you notify us of these changes by email to bisai at waboba-asia.com.

No copyrighted material, please

The video must not include any copyrighted music without the consent of the copyright holder, but there are some websites that allow you to use their music in videos as long as you credit the copyright holder. Try www.podsafeaudio.com.

Our thanksgiving contest will start TODAY! A total of $200 cash prize is up for grab!

Online contests gave a lot of opportunities to my husband and I. We are both internet savvy, we spend almost all the day of our life in front of the computer. Hubby is a certified nerd and a graphic artist, the internet brings a lot of online opportunities for him. He is fond on joining art and design competitions and luckily won several of them.

He is the one who introduced me to the different online opportunities in the internet. I once became a Facebook application addict for a while (Farmville and Restaurant City), but after a month, I realized that I've been wasting my time on those things. That's why when I saw some contests that don't need some designing skills I didn't hesitate to join. I even became active in the blogosphere and gained a lot of online friends.

On joining online contest we lost on some, but we also won big time on a few of the contests. Last year was the luckiest year for both of us. We had won on several contests and because of those prizes we had paid off some of our long time debt. I do believe in this saying wholeheartedly, "Share your blessings with others." Whenever we receive a blessing we never fail to give back something to other people, to church or to charity.

And now, we want to give thanks to all the people who never stopped helping and always supports us. If I am asking for votes, you never failed to let us down. That's why we came up with this "Thanksgiving contest". Of course, this will not be a big one if not because of my dearest sponsors. I am so touched with all your support.

So, what's for grab?

PRIZES:

1st Prize: $100

Career from Celebrity to VJ: ‘Modeling teaches valuable industry lessons’

Alice Kamatis is my fellow blogger/writer see her great lesson review from a Hollywood Celebrity and VJ. I meet her at the remarkable fashion cat walk event of sunsilk. She emailed me about her article to be published into my site. At first i was so skeptical that i might decline her nice offer. I said to myself I'm a men and i don't want to be feminine. What's this suppose to do with art of winning in my mission/vision contest into my blog? On the latter part when i was reading i came upon a clue. I realize, that with the great content of this blog this can help millions of women all over the world. Not only women but for everyone to value the content, talent, vision and lesson inside. Take a look at the vision of this interview, review and blog that shocked my view and perceptions. I just realized...That its really true... That you cannot judge the book by its cover, so i consider this post/blog and this creation as a team winning circle principles of the winner's place.

I thought she were a model but she's not she's the Author and Editor of the fashion/showbiz/health/magazine blog Alice Kamatis

Sarah Meier:‘Modeling teaches valuable industry lessons’
by ANA KRISTINE B. VALENZUELA, MOD MAY 2010

MODELS who want to extend their careers beyond the runways, billboards, television commercials, and print ads should take their cue from Sarah Meier. Although she still books modeling stints, Sarah has proven that there’s more to her than her looks. Back when being a music channel video jock was the to-die-for job, Sarah was one of the most popular VJs. And then she got married, and had a kid.
“In those less hectic times, out of the public eye, I was visualizing, conceptualizing, and actualizing my next ten-year plan,” she says.
Now back in the spotlight, she hosts The Dollhouse, a daily morning show from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. on U92 FM with model Vicky Herrera. Although she’s proud of her work on radio, she is proudest when she’s being a wife and a mother. “Being a wife and mother are two of the most important, high-paying, rewarding, press-worthy job titles I will ever hold,” she says.

Radio Gaga. “People have been asking me why I decided to do radio after television, implying that it was some sort of a downgrade -- which makes me smile because shifting to radio was actually something I did to improve my hosting skills. As a VJ, you have distractions to help you get away with your job.You can smile, dress to impress, bounce around, and in the case of on-screen material, cut and ‘take two’ when you mess up or forget the information in your script. Radio is live. It's every day, and there’s always a responsibility to talk--in my case, for four hours--make sense, impart substance, and keep people entertained on a daily basis without sounding redundant or dated. I like to challenge. Radio deejay-ing is the boss of this next round that I'm going to enjoy conquering.”

Music’s on Her Radar. “As a daily morning rush hour show, The Dollhouse has a set list of songs that our programmer lines up for us. The order in which we play it on the show is up to us. Once in a while, we get away with highlighting some of our favorite tunes from past decades like on Throwback Thursdays, but generally we keep it current. We're such musically inclined jocks at U92 that you can tune in at any point and know that there is a real selector behind the booth and not just some robot.”

On-Air Mishaps. “Any given day, something can go wrong. I can forget to turn off somebody's microphone, or accidentally play a different song than I introduced. It's live, and that's the beauty of it. When I stop making mistakes, it means I'm ready to take on another challenge.”

Shifting Gears. “Shifting to the new studio and learning how to use the equipment came on the first day Vicky, my partner, and I moved to the morning shift, which means it was also the first time we had to wake up at 4 a.m. instead of come in for our 5 p.m. show, and the first time we had to be on air for four hours. Plus, we were the first two jocks on-air at the new station, so we felt like guinea pigs.”

Morning Person. “I think the thought of waking up at 4 a.m. was more daunting than actually doing it. I tried practising a week before, but we were still doing evening shift, and I just ended up exhausted. Now that I am a morning person, I feel like I maximize my day. I can be your alarm clock, instead of hitting the snooze button on mine.”

A Word on Modeling. “Modeling will teach you some of the most valuable lessons you may need to succeed in any industry--how to present yourself, the discipline of recognizing people's expectations and meeting them, being independent, personable, professional, flexible, and open minded provided you have your head screwed on straight. I've found that people who model for the wrong reasons like revenge, to prove something, or to nurse a self-esteem issue, end up with more problems than when they began. I think that's the long-term truth about modeling that nobody warns anybody about.”

The Only Job Title That Matters. “Being a wife and mother are two of the most important, high-paying, rewarding, press-worthy job titles I will ever hold, and investing quality time for family is essential in success, no matter what your job description is. But I am still both a businesswoman and a creative at heart, and so in those less hectic times, out of the public eye, I was visualizing, conceptualizing, and actualizing my next ten-year plan.”

A Healthy Daily Diet. “Eating is a soul-important quasi-luxury. The conversations and relationships formed over meals are wonderful; as is the love put into preparing them. As long as you have a healthy balance of proper eating and exercise, I've discovered that there is no more effective diet in the universe.”
