Call Center Proven Telemarketing Secrets
I spent 4 years of research on how do reps survive and exceed their quota and getting commission the way they think and do. Because, i as a former rep experience itself so its time to reveal the secrets.
Some reps succeed in call center outbound sale not because they are smart reps or very fluent in English. They succeed because they deliver result, numbers, good performance and they have a great value to a company. Also they have resistance and persistence to make a quality good sale among irate customers. They please these customers, Also they are an intelligent followers. They read a lot of business book and magazines listen to top sellers advice and recordings and do extra mile.
In telemarketing sale i can say their is no place for amateur, because if you are trying to be mediocre the tendency is you don't hit your goal. You stuck to poverty and you don't get luxury, better quality of living and class in life. You loose your job or you ended up as an ordinary rep. Some reps became a supervisor in 1 year and some reps became a manager in 2 years, reps became a call center director in 5 years (I've witness the growth of this people from humbly beginning). While most of the reps remain a middle performer rep for 5 years or more. My advice is that you do the habit of doing more than what you are paid for.
So here's the company example of value compensation i work for when i reach the maximum level and promoted from trainee to supervisor 2 years ago.
Outbound US Sales
Trainee – 10k
Salary Level 1 @ 14k Salary Level is The Change of Philosophy
Salary Level 2 @ 16k Salary Level is The Change of Mindset & Habit
Salary Level 3 @ 18k Numbers is the name of the GAME
Salary Level 4 @ 20k, 22k, 24k Give more value and concentrate on what you can offer

SM Cyberzone Blog Contest Mechanics:
- This contest is open to all bloggers who have blog sites available for public viewing. Photo Blogs and Video Blogs can be part of their main blog entry.
- There should be a main blog entry in text form. The main blog entry can be supported by photo galleries and/or videos depending on the writing style of the blogger.
- Blog Entries can be in Tagalog, English, or in the dialect of the blogger and his/her followers.
- Minimum of 500 words.

- Contest Period is from April 30 to May 28, 2010.
- Registration
- To register for an event, provide the following details in the registration form:
- Bloggers are advised to register at least a day before the scheduled event.
- There will onsite registration for walk-in bloggers.
- Event schedule can be found in the website.

- Name
- Attended Event
- Blog Entry Link
- Blog Entry Name
- Date of Blog Entry
- The Entries tab of the site will contain all the entries submitted by bloggers. This tab will be updated twice a week, Tuesday and Friday.
- Bloggers can submit their entries until June 4, 2010.
- Judging and announcement of winners will be done at SM Corporate Office with a DTI representative on June 9, 2010, 2PM.
- Blog Entries will be judged based on the following criteria:
- Event Coverage: 40%
- Relevance to the SM Cyberzone Brand: 20%
- Number of comments: 10%
- Over all experience: 30%

- Margareth Tee - 2 years in the field of digital marketing, Ms. Margareth Tee has managed several blog events including Bistro’s chain of restaurants like Fish and Co. and Friday’s. She has been with Yehey Corp., the pioneer in digital marketing, as a Marketing Solutions Specialist before she moved to the marketing department as a Senior Marketing Officer.
- Aldrich Policarpio – With over a year in Digital PR, Mr. Aldrich Policarpio is considered as the Blogger Management and Viral Marketing expert in Yehey Corp. He spearheaded the recent Nestea Fit Camp Hot in The Fort and brought several bloggers with him for Digital PR. He’s a one man team when it comes to Digi PR, from event conceptualization to reporting.
- Mattel Soliven – As a Senior Marketing Services Manager in Yehey Corp., Ms. Mattel Soliven is the front line in convincing clients to try and run campaigns in digital. With Yehey’s pool of digital services, Blog Marketing never missed Ms. Mattel Soliven’s proposals. She has handled several blog events of big companies such as Unilab, Celeteque, Isuzu and Island Cove.
- Winners will be notified via:
- Registered mail
- Voice Call
- Website announcement
- Prizes are not convertible to cash. Taxes from the prizes exceeding P10,000 are to be shouldered by SM Cyberzone.
- Grand Prize: 1 winners of Asus X58Le worth PhP29,900
- Minor prizes: 10 winners of Torque phones worth Php999.00 (10 units)
- Winners shall bring at least two(2) of the following proof upon claiming the prize:
- Registered mail
- Two(2) Government IDs (SSS,Driver’s License, etc.)
- Winners may claim their prizes at the nearest SM Mall Marketing office where the contestant registered .
- Unclaimed prizes after sixty(60) days of notification will be forfeited with prior DTI approval.
- By participating in this Contest, participants agree to allow SM Cyberzone to use their blog or website link to any Cyberzone PR related campaigns and to participate in promo advertisement (publication of broadcast winners’ names and photos) without additional consideration. To the extent allowed by law, acceptance of the prizes constitutes permission for SM to publish the winners’ names and / or show them on ads without prior notice and without additional consideration.
- All employees of SM, their agencies / third party suppliers, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
- The contest organizer’s decision is final with the concurrence of DTI.
