Last car show event I played the Finals for Tuason Racing School Video Challenge and Dubshop poker finals in which they give worth 200k racing scholarships and 80k worth of dubshop car mags and accessories. I remember rushing out from Subic yatch total fitness challenge weekend going to SMX just to finish this final match challenge. But as I examine winners of car exhibit/design I found out that its not about how expensive or new your car is. Its about the car designer and creative mind customization as well. Like its all about the car plus the race driver and the whole mechanic team.

Welcome awesome Volvo Pad Control Technology on video. John of Volvo Philippines told me of this cool creation of Volvo with Smart Pad. No more traditional push bottons like old cellphone its nor taptap like ipad, playbook, lenovo, nokia or galaxy tab for your car stereo or computerized navigational system. This new techology called concept one revealed in 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show. Its amazing how technology goes better and better nowadays, even if you see its leather interior, storage and the door push-elegant motion. The craftsmanship of Volvo brings out the best interiors combined with this geekiest technology. I can feel the excitement and sexy drive on this kind of finest creation. 

Jaguar and Land Rover Philippines

I visited the office and showroom of Jaguar, Range Rover and Land Rover Philippines 4 times last couple of weeks ago. Office and service center located  in Buendia, Makati City and the Showroom in Fort, Taguig. I rarely seen Jaguar cars more than Ferrari's and Mercedes new models here in the Philippines. Last time, I saw Former Solicitor General Attorney Frank Chavez dropped by its driver in Shangrila Mall Edsa by these elegant Jaguar.

See this XF video of Top Gear driven by James Bond. It was compared to 60's Jaguar model to new one but they still look great. The XF new model ranges from 2.0 to 5.0 litre engine option can be Deisel or Petrol. With 8 speed automatic transmission sequential shift. Its the transition from manual to sport to automatic in one.  Provides the drive of your choice with onetouch paddles behind the steering wheel. I like this transmission shift creation or or what other people called techtronic cars. To control the gear changes down or up or manual which i test drive the latest ford techtronic model a year ago. I saw a lot of cars like this in HK and SG couple of years ago but they are right hand drive this time left hand drive for Philippines.

2011 Subaru Impreza Challenge

Every year Subaru Philippines select the best top 10 national team from its challenge. That will be send to Regional Finals in Singapore to represent the Philippine Team. See Challenge Action in 2009, 2010 and 2011 here. So who could get the worth more than a million peso 2.0 Subaru Impreza AT car? I hope it would be Filipino at this time.

See you all at the 20th TransSport Show May 26-29, 2011 @ SMX SM Mall of Asia. Car enthusiast will see the cool cars presented by Phoenix Fuels and organized by Tradeshow International, Inc. I think this is one of the car event of the year you wouldn't miss like the movie fast five. Like your Hollywood film surely you will recognize some of the cars used in you favorite blockbuster film. Like my fav 007 bmw's, nicholas cage gone in 60 seconds unicorn and ladies, Jacky Chans action Mits, fast five ferraris, Donald Trump apprentice chevy tahoe and transformers GM robots and so many cars to mention.
