Run for Help

Yesterday at McKinley Hill, Taguig dated Sept 18, 2011 I joined the Run for Help run even though my stamina is low. Now its good to hear the testimonial of the winners why they win. Some of my blogger friends do run barefoot i'll try to do this sometime. Because I've experience this before as part of Tom's world shoe advocacy. On giving free shoes now you may experience how to live life with out shoes or slippers.

Team Accenture won the running Biggest delegation. I like companies who's really concerned not only for profit and corporate growth. But also concern about the good health of its people.

I'm with the African winners, i called them my fastest 2 Jaguars. Imagine many of them travel around the world just to compete for running events. I talked to one of them and ask you may be faster than Usain Bolt sometime? He reply he is really fast but in Africa their are many of us.

"I like this running sport shoes that suits for my active healthy and running adventure lifestyle. Night activities can be so tempting but I have to choice. I can't afford to see friends-family puked or rushed to hospital due to bad health condition because of lifestyle. Then i realize and understand to choose the active healthy lifestyle. I need to wake up 4am in the morning on weekends to prepare for runs or sporting activities."
