Run for Help

Yesterday at McKinley Hill, Taguig dated Sept 18, 2011 I joined the Run for Help run even though my stamina is low. Now its good to hear the testimonial of the winners why they win. Some of my blogger friends do run barefoot i'll try to do this sometime. Because I've experience this before as part of Tom's world shoe advocacy. On giving free shoes now you may experience how to live life with out shoes or slippers.

Its been 6 years now that i joined running competition from time to time here in Manila. But whats good about it is the advocacy of good health, sportsmanship, active lifestyle, winning and most of all also helping charitable institutions. This productive cause helps a lot of people not only physically but also mentally, emotionally and as a whole person. RAT Race: Stop Human Trafficking

Ill be joining this sunday March 13, 2011 RAT Run Race. Its a 5k run for me against Human Trafficking Campaign Advocacy. You can join walk in as well? Before 6am this Sunday at BGC or Bonifacio Global City. You can register before 6am just approach the running booth. This is for all of Us to protect women and child against prostitution. This campaign helps educate people in depress areas to avoid and stop Sex Trafficking.

SJCSAA “RUN FOR FUN, RACE FOR PLACE”

The St Jude Catholic School Alumni Association Promotes healthy lifestyle for its students. Also this run is open to the public. The study shows that most of the students in this school is not healthy when it comes to weight. So the Alumni, faculties and concerned parents supported this fun run to promote healthy living. Good healthy active sports lifestyle which is essential also to good academics tandem.

Live Positively Swimming and Running

I had a chance to Run and Swim with Coke Live Positively Ambassador Carl. Who seems to be a vegetarian and live positively advocate. Ashely, Rochelle, Carl and Dr. J-an convinced me to be vegetarian. I have tried to but i still like to eat seafood, pork, meats, Peking duck and lamb. I've tried to be half vegetarian because i like the advocacy. I'm still confuse but i or we never know someday. Because i admire my former tkd instructor who seems to be a vegetarian. He's on his 50's but he looks like 30's. And he had a world record and a great body that most of the people desired to.

    RULES & REGULATION
    
    A. Participants below 18 years old must have their entry form signed by a parent / guardian.
    
    B. Race Bib number must be worn at all times during the race. It should be pinned in front of your running shirt.
    
    C. Registration will be limited to the slots per category.
    
    D. All protest related to the results must be made in writing and submitted to the Race Director within 30 minutes after the official announcement of winners. A PROTEST FEE of Php 1,500 may be collected for every written protest made.
    
    
    
    WINNERS REQUIREMENT
    
    Finisher's time, including winners, will be based on bar code time results. (No bar code, No finish time)
    
    WATER AND FIRST AID STATIONS
    
    Drinking water will be provided at selected points along the route. Medical Aid will be available at certain points roving representative.
    
    TOILET AREA
    
    Toilet cubicles will be available at certain points via roving representative.
    
    PARKING AREA
    
    All participants and other spectators are required to park their vehicles at the allocated parking area.
    
    The title sponsor and the race organizers are not liable for any losses or damages that may occur at the parking area.
    
    BAGGAGE AREA
    
    Baggage deposit services is available near the entrance from 5:00am to 10:00am
