Mechanics:
1. For every P100 purchase of any All About Scrapbooking product from March 1 to May 31, 2010 at any National Book Store and Pandayan Bookshop outlet nationwide, the customer is entitled to join the raffle.
2. The receipt must be presented to the designated store personnel and must be stamped CLAIMED before claiming the raffle coupon.
3. The customer must fill out the raffle coupon with his or her complete name, address, contact numbers, age, store branch, and affixed signature.
4. The customer must detach the raffle coupon and drop it at any drop box located at any participating store.
5. Deadline of dropping of entries is on May 31, 2010 at store closing hours.
6. To win the raffle, the customer's entry must be drawn. A participant can only win once. If drawn more than once, he or she will get the prize of higher value.
7. Prizes at stake are the following:
Grand Prize: (1) Winner - Trip to Singapore for 2
* The grand prize trip to Singapore is inclusive of roundtrip tickets only. Any other expenses not mentioned above shall be shouldered by the winners. Travel documents and the like shall also be shouldered by the winners. Validity of travel is only until 6 months from issuance.
1st Prize:
(6) Winners of Canon Selphy
(2) per area (NCR / Luzon / Vizmin)
(12) Winners of AAS Giftpack worth P2,000
(4) per area (NCR/Luzon/Vizmin)
8. The raffle draw will be held on June 15, 2010 at Filstar Distributors Corporation #11 Brixton St., Brgy. Kapitolyo Pasig City in the presence of a DTI representative.
9. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
10. 20% tax of prizes exceeding P10,000 shall be shouldered by the winner.
11. The winners will be notified through phone, registered mail and the names of the winning raffle entries will be posted at all participating stores nationwide.
12. Prizes may be claimed at:
Filstar Distributors Corporation #11 Brixton St., Brgy. Kapitolyo Pasig City (Metro Manila winners only)
The nearest participating store to the winner as indicated in the registered mail (Provincial winners only)
13. To claim the prizes, winners must present two (2) valid IDs, winning raffle stub, and registered mail. Redemption period shall be within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification. Prizes not claimed within 60 days from receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Filstar Distributors Corporation with prior DTI approval.
14. Employees of Filstar Distributors Corporation and the participating stores and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join.
