OOSM - Australian BPO Expansion in the Philippines


OOSM Business Solutions Corporation celebrated its 1st year anniversary last August 20, 2017. Headquartered at Makati OOSM solutions provides various BPO services. Such as Website development, 24/7 call center, Social media management, Research & studies, Accounting and bookkeeping, Virtual assistant, Customer support and Architectural consultancy. 

For the span of a year they only started as 3 employees then grow to large 500 employees up to date. They are planning to invest 400 million peso in new Cavite facility next year. Which composed of 3000 seat and will hire 500 people with disability. They told me that training usually takes 1 month or less. Depends on the skills of the new hires with or with out experience.  Because there were experts whose guiding them or taking over the calls or task.

OOSM business model includes complete sets full functioning plug and play BPO accounts campaigns. Special corporate training's with US, UK, and AU campaigns. Also consultancy to micro call center set up with 10-100 seats. Also virtual assistant to US, AU and UK in the real estate, medical, technical and legal field.

Business Development Mngr Jayghee Gayo and HR Director Maricelle Gayo mentioned that they are also hiring high school graduates for as long as you can understand and speak English. I don't know what their system, methods or training they are using. I saw some friends in the industry lose and gain millions as a year start up BPO call center companies. 

Aside from various BPO facilities blog-press tour. I also did involved in several call center BPO start up operation rise and fall couple of years ago. That's why I'm back in the Corporate BPO industry again. Timing, People and Resources Economy is very important. Its very broad numbers, profit and resources game. Where people, finance, facility and long term high income generating account is the key for expansion.

With that growing hundreds of employees numbers in short period of time. I think they are not only capable of handling small accounts or bread crumbs. But they are ready for the bigger part of the BPO pie here in the country. Also mentioned that they are open for investments-partnership as well according to its CEO Linda Salud Margon.
