Its very rare to find people who understands the value of being a true winner. What i have noticed to this two people the "Team Riches" is that they are busy pushing each other upwards.  AXN TARA Team Philippines led by 


Richard Hardin and Richard Herrera was a remarkable victory. Because they have chemistry and the right attitude to win the race. This race i believe is not a 1 man show. As teamwork wins Championship i noticed that this fella is that they Brainstorm. Im Some part of the race they make an erroneous mischance but they don't blame-storm. They develop the habit of Can do and Winning!!! They support and complement each other even the other team their competitors, they don't bad mouth! An act of a real Champion....they dare greatly even tough in some other part of the challenge they could have lost anytime.

The competition is very tough and stiff, they admit they may lost in any part of the  race. The competitors were also good, tough and fast. They hope each time they catch their breath to a very strenuous challenge. What does it feel to push yourself to the limits? When all your strength is almost gone, your tired. You will do things you've never did before. Are you afraid or challenge? You can quit anytime if you feel fear or tired, but they don't for a long period of time. While others is just relaxing or watching you on TV? Being on action with lots of mental courage, especially exerting a lot of Physical power is not that easy. In my early cadet years in the Academy its called. A temperamental predominance of courage over timidity and unfailing hope of whats next..

Rich said he really gets out with their comfort zone. He told us the press that he is afraid of heights and love airport and map navigation. Well you cant be All the Jacks but when you synergize and focus on you superpower then i would say as a coach. You are on the right track because nobody is perfect. If you feel you are hungry for Victory, then i would say you are on the right shape! Both of me and my brother got into AXN Philippine Challenge last year 2009. But when i lost the finals, i make sure that my brother wins the final challenge by coaching. We carefully analyze every obstacles and possible moves to beat the running time. In finals, Yes he did win!

In every championship won its not about luck its all about Teamwork, Mind, Brawn, Discipline and Better Plan. So let the Result speaks louder than it's applause! Hail to the World Champion!
