1. | By entering the "WILD AFRICA" skill-based competition (the Competition), you confirm, represent and warrant that you have read and understood these terms and conditions of entry to the Competition (the Terms) and agree to be bound by them. |
2. | By entering the Competition, you also confirm that you do not breach any law in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering into the Competition. Each of NGC Network Asia, LLC and Hyundai Motor Company (collectively, the Promoters) will not be responsible for any entrant entering the Competition unlawfully or otherwise in breach of local law. You are advised to check or seek advice on your local law before entering the Competition. |
3. | Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms. |
4. |
The Promoters reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to: |
- amend or vary any of the Terms at any time without prior notice and by entering the Competition you agree to any such amended Terms; and
- terminate or disqualify any entrant's entry for the Competition or reclaim any prize at any time if it is the opinion of the Promoters that there has been a breach of any of the Terms by such entrant (whether discovered during or after the end of the Competition).

Entry to the Competition is open to anyone: |
- aged 18 years and above on the date of entry;
- having a passport valid for travel to South Africa during a period to be determined by the Promoters but proposed to be on or around 31 August 2010 - 8 September 2010 (the Travel Period) and for six (6) months thereafter;
- available for travel to South Africa during the Travel Period; and
- residing in one of the following countries:
- Asia/Pacific - Brunei, Cambodia, China, Guam, Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Pohnpei (formerly Micronesia), Myanmar, Mongolia, Nauru, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Russia, Singapore, Thailand, Vanuatu, Vietnam, Solomon Islands, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Philippines, Japan, Korea, India, Australia and the Republic of China (Taiwan)
- Middle East - the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Lebanon, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Egypt
- South America - Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Curaca, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Puerto Rico

6. | Each entrant must also have a reasonable level of health and, if required, be prepared to undergo a health assessment. Any person not considered to have a suitable level of health to participate in the Safari (as determined by the Promoters at their absolute discretion) will be disqualified. |
7. | Notwithstanding the above, where your entry in the Competition is prohibited or restricted by law or otherwise in your place of residence, it shall be completely void. |
8. | Entries may be submitted online only, at the facebook address: http://apps.facebook.com/african-adventurer/ (the Website). You may enter the Competition for yourself using your Facebook account. All personal information provided in the Competition must be complete and accurate, or your entry will be disqualified. |
9. | No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition. Employees of the Promoters, their related companies and advertising agencies, and the immediate families of such employees, may not enter the Competition. |
10. | The Competition is open from 17 May 2010 to 23.59:59 hours on 11 July 2010 (Hong Kong time) (the Competition Period). Dates are subject to change at the absolute discretion of the Promoters. |
11. | To participate, all entrants are required to play the game accessible via the Website (the Game) and use their skill to earn as many XP points as possible. |
12. | The two entrants who by the end of the Competition Period have earned the most XP points in the Game will each win a 5 days 4 nights safari trip for two people in South Africa during the Travel Period, including return economy tickets for two people (starting from the place of residence of the winner at the time of entry of the Competition to South Africa and return) and a 5 day 4 night safari trip that includes accommodation (the Safari). The winners will be accompanied on the Safari by one or more personalities selected by the Promoters and by a film crew which shall document the Safari and the winners’ participation in the Competition and the Safari. Each entrant must therefore be prepared to be filmed at any required point during the Competition and/or Safari and to appear on television and in other media, at the Promoters’ discretion. |
13. | If a winner is unable to travel to South Africa (including if they fail to comply with all local entry, visa and/or other legislative requirements) or is unable to travel on the dates specified by the Promoters, their prize will be invalidated without further liability on the part of the Promoters. |
14. | The winners must, at their own cost, obtain appropriate travel insurance for the travel to South Africa on the dates specified by the Promoters. If for any reason a winner cannot be insured, their prize will be invalidated without further liability on the part of the Promoters. |
15. | The winners must, at their own cost, obtain the necessary visas to travel to South Africa on the dates specified by the Promoters. |
16. | The winners must, at their own cost, be inoculated as necessary for travel to South Africa on the dates specified by the Promoters. |
17. | The terms and conditions of any third party supplier will apply to the prize where applicable. |
18. | The winners may be liable for any expenses not specified on the description of the prize. |
19. | The winners will not be reimbursed for any time they may have to take off work in order to take part in the prize. |
20. | The winning entries will be announced on the Website on July 22nd 2010. The winners will be notified separately by email and will be required to acknowledge receipt of such email within 5 working days of such receipt, or their prize will be forfeited. The Promoters reserve the right in their sole and absolute discretion to deal with the prizes if they are unclaimed in any manner. |
21. | The judges' decisions as to any entry eligibility, the winning entries and the winners will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into about the Competition or the judges' decisions. |
22. | Any rules and regulations pertaining to the claiming of prizes for each of the countries where the participant is a resident apply. |
23. | The prizes in the Competition may be subject to variation at the discretion of the Promoters, and any change will be final and binding upon every person who enters the Competition. |
24. | The prizes for the Competition will be given to the winners as set out in the Terms. The winners must each accept their prize in that form. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash credit or kind, either in part or in full except at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoters. Prizes cannot be sold or bartered. There is no refund for a partially used prize. |
25. | The Promoters shall not be liable in any way for any failure or breach by any party in connection with the Competition, prize or prizes and accepts no responsibility for any loss suffered by an entrant arising from the Competition, prize or prizes. |
26. | In all cases the Promoters will not be held liable for a prize if it does not reach the winner for reasons beyond its control. |
27. | Any winner of the Competition may, at no cost to the Promoters, be requested to participate in public relations events tied to the campaign to generate press coverage of the Competition. This may include, but not be limited to, quotes given for inclusion in press releases and press conferences, interviews, etc. |

By participating in the Competition, the entrants agree to: |
- the use of their name and/or likeness, without compensation, for the Promoters' promotional and marketing purposes; and
- any personal data submitted in connection with this Competition being used for the purpose of administering the Competition and for purposes of the Promoter and/or selected third parties sending information to the entrants regarding the marketing, sales and promotions of the Promoters’ goods and services and/or by selected third parties of their goods and services.

In addition, the winners: |
- agree to any or all aspects of the Safari and other aspects of the prize being filmed; and
- grant the Promoters and any party authorized by the Promoters an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right and licence to communicate to the public, make adaptations of, transmit, broadcast or otherwise use the footage so filmed and any other works created from or including all or any part thereof (the Works), in all forms of media now known or hereafter invented;
- to the fullest extent permitted by law, waive any moral rights or similar rights they may have in the Works or any part thereof throughout the world;
- acknowledge that the Promoters own all rights, in particular copyright, in the Works; and
- undertake not to object to any use of the Works or contest the Promoters’ claim to ownership of the Works.

30. | Entrants shall indemnify the Promoters, their agents, employees, representatives, associates, affiliates, parent and subsidiary companies against any and all claim, losses, costs, damages, liability and expenses arising out of the entrant's breach of any of the Terms. |
31. | Each entrant, by entering the Competition, expressly releases each of the Promoters from any claim, action or demand arising out of or in connection with the Competition or their prize, if any. In particular, each entrant acknowledges that: (i) elements of the prizes, including but not limited to the flights, safari trip and accommodation, are provided by third parties over whom the Promoters have no control; (ii) elements of the prizes may be influenced by other factors over which the Promoters have no control, such as environmental risks, diseases or related health issues, and/or civil or industrial unrest; and (iii) air and other travel is subject to inherent risks. Each entrant acknowledges that they participate in the prize at their own risk and that the Promoters have no responsibility or liability for any costs, losses or damages resulting from any factors beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters. |
32. | Each of the Promoters shall not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entrants' information. This will include but not limited to technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of: any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. |
33. | If, for any reason, the Competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to the reasons of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoters which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition. |
34. | The law applicable to the Terms is the law of Hong Kong and the courts of Hong Kong will have exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute arising hereunder. |
