3. Customers can claim their free items at the following designated claiming points:
 Acer Service Center at 1651 Paz M. Guazon St., Paco, Manila (in front of Robinsons Otis) Mondays-Saturdays, 9-11am and 2-5 pm only.
 Acer Philippines’ Head Office at Unit 3401, 34/F PBCom Tower, Ayala Avenue corner Rufino St., (formerly Herrera St.). Claiming Hours at Acer Head office is from 9:00 – 11:00am and 1:30-5:00pm, Mondays to Fridays.
 Fax or e-mail the following details. Attach the required claiming documents (Sales Invoice/Official Receipt and Valid IDs) to Acer Philippines Inc. to include:

4. Upon claiming, customers are required to present the following documents:
 Original Proof of purchase – official receipt/sales invoice issued within the promo period;
 Valid identification card – company ID, SSS ID, Driver’s License, passport, etc.
 Cut-out notebook serial number sticker located at the right side portion of the box.
 Claiming through an appointed representative, a duly signed authorization letter and valid ID of the representative are needed to claim the item on his/her behalf;
5. For claims made via fax and/or email, Acer will send the free items via courier unless customer refers to pick-up the item;
6. For purchases at provincial areas, customers may claim the free item at the reseller store where they purchased their Acer product. Reseller will send to Acer copies of the required documents needed to claim the free item. Allow a minimum of seven (7) working days upon receipt of required documents for shipment and delivery lead time;
7. In case of unavailability of premium items, Acer will send the corresponding items via courier to customer’s mailing address once items are already available for Metro Manila and to reseller stores for provincial areas.
8. Redemption period shall be until 60 days from end of promo period. Unclaimed items shall be forfeited in favor of Acer Philippines, Inc., upon DTI approval.
9. Prizes are not transferable and not convertible to cash.
10. This promotion will not apply for special project purchases (bids and tenders included) of Acer products.
