My entry:

Im  90kgs now i plan to loose 5kgs. I will jog at least twice a week for 30 minutes. And visit the Gym at least ounce a week. Also i will limit myself to fatty foods and do more green. I will choose walking instead of riding a vehicle for a less than 2km travel.

I want to maintain this body:
Not this present one!!!
