San Fernando, Pampanga Workers Will Be Saved from Cervical Cancer

500 San Fernando, Pampanga Government Workers Will Be Saved from Cervical Cancer by the help of this program and advocacy. It was an hour and half drive from Makati City as we Entered San Fernando, Pampanga @7am 6th of September 2010.

It was a very sunny Monday as we Media from TV, Newspapers Local/National and Bloggers witnessed the Lupang Hinirang, Panatang Makabayan, and a lot of "Kapampangan Songs", Tradition and Trademarks. Which i observed carefully the cooperation of various public government departments.

To fight this Cervical cancer the Government officials of San Fernando came upon a brilliant Idea and Advocacy on how to lessen and cured this  rapidly growing problem. For sure everyone of us has a Sister, Mother, Grandma, Aunt, GF women which must be educated for this kind of awareness a must. As the doctor said prevention is better than cure.


Cervical Cancer A very high risk for women according to the press conference it affects our family members. Most of this happen also cause by skin interaction. 

As Mayor Oca quoted: We recognize the Importance of Women's Health Influence and Role in keeping this City as the "Habitat of Human Excellence for better quality of life".  Such a remarkable speech of a great servant leader who won the 1st International Award for Good Governance. Recognized by Harvard University will be awarded to Sofitel Hotel Makati this Sept 22, 2010.  As a result of Habitat of Excellence he said Cervical Cancer A very high risk for women according to the press conference it affects our family members. Most of this happen also cause by skin interaction. 


This Mayor is concern about its people and constituents as a public servant . I came upon a clue that as a result of habitat for human excellence for women we must protect them from cervical cancer at all cause. I hope that this will happen to all of women and family all over the archipelago of the Philippines.

To my surprise when i roamed around the city hall and church beside  surprisingly in which I've seen a lot of streamers of commendation to honorable Mayor OCA as LCP President as result of hard-work and better quality of service. Moreover about World Governance Excellence and National President Leadership of Current Mayor  Administration. I think this is a result of his heath advocacy to protect his people. Most especially woman in  battle for this world killer disease called cervical cancer.
