Then you have 1 minute to do this based on how you click on pimples.The faster you click on the target pimples the more chances you will become the top scorer. My advice is to stay focus and conditioned your forefinger ready to eliminate those pimples. Like you create a lot of motion click like when you play starcraft, warcraft or dota?

Choose 5 settings, i choose the center face then i play the game.
You can choose the upper or lower left or upper or lower right. In my case i choose the center its full face to clean up pimples.
