• Customer must legibly write his/her complete name & address, landline number, mobile number, e-mail address and signature; then drop his / her raffle stub/s at any of the drop boxes located at the redemption booths mentioned above.
• Deadline of dropping of entry stubs is on June 15, 2010, 9pm
• All drop boxes will be sealed and collected in time for the raffle draw on June 18, 2010, 5pm at the 9/F Marketing department, Aurora Tower, Araneta Center, Quezon City in the presence of a DTI representative
• There will only be one (1) winner of the P500,000 worth of Araneta Center gift certificates in P500 & P200 denomination.
• The winner will be notified through registered mail, phone call or e-mail. Announcement of the winner will be posted at mall entrances, redemption booths right after the draw period.
• Prize should be claimed at 9th flr. Marketing Dept. Aurora Tower Quezon City, from Mon – Fri 10:00- 4:00 pm. Only winners with registered mail, valid raffle claim stub and a photocopy of any valid ID with photo (e.g. driver’s license, passport, company ID, SSS ID, etc.) can claim their prize.
• Redemption of prize should be made not later than 60 days upon receipt of notification.
• 20% tax prize will be shouldered by the winner.
• Prizes are transferable but cannot be converted to cash. Prizes not claimed after 60 days upon receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of Araneta Center with prior approval of DTI.
• Araneta Center Gift Certificates are valid only for one (1) year from date issued.
• All Araneta Center, Coca-Cola, CDO Foodsphere Inc. employees, Agency personnel, its sister companies, lessees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
