1. Contest is open to participants of all nationalities, aged 18 years and above.
2. Participants are allowed only one entry each.
3. Contest entries with incomplete particulars will be disqualified.
4. Contest closing date: By 11:59:59pm Singapore time on 30 April 2010.
5. Contest results will be announced on 14 May 2010.
6. The winner will be notified through email or telephone.
7. The prize will be forfeited if winner verification cannot be made within 14 days of the announcement of the results.
8. The prize will be valid till 31 August 2010 and is subject to room and flight availability.
9. The winner must comply with the dates for travel and room bookings given by Tiger Airways and Tourism Authority of Thailand.
10. The prize is governed by the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
11. The prize consists of a 4-Day/3-Night stay at the Anantara Baan Rajprasong hotel (http://rajprasong-bangkok.anantara.com) in a deluxe suite for 2 persons with daily breakfast, inclusive of return airport/hotel transfers.
12. The prize also consists of a pair of return air tickets from Tiger Airways (http://www.tigerairways.com), inclusive of taxes and surcharges. 15kg of luggage allowance per ticket is also given. The air tickets must be collected from Singapore.
13. The flight to Bangkok will be made from Singapore. Tiger Airways and Tourism Authority of Thailand will not be liable for any additional transport costs incurred to board the flight.
14. Judges' decisions are final and conclusive. No correspondence will be entertained.
15. The contest is not open to the management, employees and their immediate families of Tourism Authority of Thailand, its advertising agencies and suppliers.
16. The prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash or others in kind.
17. Tourism Authority of Thailand reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
18. Tourism Authority of Thailand is not liable for any loss, injury or death arising out of, in connection with or resulting from participation in the contest.
