Terms and Conditions of Participation:
The following terms and conditions shall apply to the Online Contest Draw Contest ("Contest Draw") which is organized by C & E Holidays Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore.

  1. To participate in the Contest Draw, participants are required to register at the official website of C & E Holidays Pte Ltd by providing the following information:
     
     1. First and Last name;
     2. Email addresses; and
     3. Telephone number.
  2. Participants are required to ensure that the information provided to C & E Holidays Pte Ltd for registration of the Contest Draw is valid, complete and accurate. In the event that such information is found to be invalid, incomplete and inaccurate, the participants will automatically be disqualified from the Contest Draw.
  3. TO JOIN : simply visit the contest link located at www.cneholidays.com and submit your entry by following the instructions found at the site. All entries must include answers to the contest questions, your name, email address and mobile number. Limited to one entry per person per email address. If it is discovered that you attempted to enter more than once, all your entries will be void. Facsimile and mail-in entries are ineligible.
• 2. Eligibility for Contest Draw

  1. Eligibility : NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to all Nationalities 18 years of age and above and MUST be in Singapore, void where prohibited or restricted by law, regulation. rule or otherwise. Contest begins at 12.01 am EST on Thursday April 1st, 2010 and ends at 11:59pm EST on June 27, 2010. All participants must have valid travel document.
  2. Employees and immediate family members of C & E Holidays are not eligible.

  1. The contest is organised by C & E Holidays Pte Ltd, upon submission, all entries become the exclusive property of C & E Holidays and no entries will be returned Entries not satisfying all requirements of these Official Rules will be automatically disqualified.

  1. The three (3) winners of the draw will receive the following :
     1st : Two (2) Air ticket to Bangkok (SIN-BANGKOK-SIN) by CX with 2 Nights Hotel accommodation at P2 Hotel
     2nd : Two (2) 3D2N Tioman (SIN-TIOMAN-SIN) with 02 Nights accommodation at selected hotels
     3rd : Two (2) 01 day Day-trip to Batam (SIN-BATAM-SIN) with 2-way ferry ticket inclusive
     
• 5. Redemption of Prizes

  1. When the winner is notified of the prize that they have won, they will be provided with details on the collection of their prize.
  2. To claim the prize(s), participants must produce the necessary documentation to authenticate their identity and eligibility to participate in this contest. Participants needs to bring along the following: a copy of their winner’s notification in the form of an e-mail or posted letter and passport to C&E Holiday's office at No. 1 Jalan Berseh #02-28 New World Centre Singapore 209037 within the stated period of redemption.
  3. C&E Holidays will not be held liable in the event that the winner(s) is/are uncontactable. In the event that a winner is uncontactable for three (3) attempts within three (3) consecutive days, C&E Holidays reserves the right to forfeit the winner’s eligibility and the next qualified contestant will be selected.
  4. All prizes must be claimed within two (2) months from the date of notification. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
  5. The list of winners will also be announced on C&E Holiday’s website at www.cneholidays.com.
  6. C&E Holidays reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are given on an “as is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit, other items or voucher, in part or in full.
  7. In the event that the winner (s) is not a Singapore resident he/she will be responsible to buy his/her air ticket to Singapore. All travel must be completed by 20th November 2010.
• 6. Promotion General Rules & Regulations

  1. These Rules and Regulations of the contest shall be construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Singapore. All participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
  2. C&E Holidays shall not be held liable for any entry that is incomplete or illegible due to problems such as computer malfunctions, loss of internet connection or transmission problems.
  3. C&E Holidays has the right to change or amend any Rules, Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time without prior notice or for any reason whatsoever.
  4. C&E Holidays has the right to terminate a participant’s account should the need arise. The information submitted by the participant's must be authentic. Should a participant submit false information, C&E Holidays reserves the right to disqualify the participant.
     

• 7. Rights of C&E Holidays

  1. All data collected are strictly private and confidential. They will not be used in any way deemed inappropriate by C&E Holidays and will not be used or given away to any other party.
  2. C&E Holidays reserves the right to use all entries submitted by the participants for any of its marketing or promotional activities and printed materials, without any prior notice to the participants/winners and they shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials.

  Closing date is 11:59pm EST on 27th June 2010. C & E Holidays Pte Ltd guarantees that this competition is carried out. The contest winners will be posted on www.cneholidays.com on 02nd July 2010. Only correct & completed entries are eligible. Legal action prohibited.
