4 winners will receive a Spalding backboard and basketball set.
* MINOR PRIZES: SPALDING BASKETBALL and KFC GIFT CERTIFICATE
175 winners (one per KFC store) will receive a Spalding basketball and a KFC Gift Certificate.

* Tax for prizes shall be shouldered by KFC.
* Winner must furnish KFC with all relevant travel documents and other details required for travel bookings within 5 days of notification.

HOW TO
JOIN

* Get one raffle coupon with every NBA Supreme Meal or Game Night Bucket Meal purchase.
* Fill and drop raffle tickets in the drop boxes found in KFC restaurants.
* Deadline of submission of raffle coupons is on May 25, 2009 (until store closing).
* Grand draw will be on May 28, 2009 at the KFC Head Office in QC.

WHO CAN
JOIN

* Promo is open to all KFC customers. Employees of KFC Philippines, Spalding, and their subsidiaries,
affiliates, advertising & promotional agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity
or affinity are disqualified.

HOW TO
WIN

* Join by buying the NBA Supreme Meal or Game Night Bucket Meal and by dropping the included
raffle coupon in drop boxes in KFC restaurants.
* Winners will be determined by randomly drawing raffle coupons.
* Raffle draw for all prizes will be conducted 3 days after the promo period at 10:00 am.
Entries for the raffle must be received within the promo period.
* Winners whose names are drawn more than once shall be awarded the prize with higher value.
* Grand prize winner and companion must have passports with at least 6 months validity and valid US Visas.
* Grand prize winner and companion have to sign a waiver prior to any arrangement of flight or travel details.
* Should the winner and companion refuse to sign the waiver, another winner will be drawn with prior DTI approval.
* KFC Philippines must be furnished with all relevant travel documents and details required for travel bookings
within five (5) days of notification.

CLAIMING OF
PRIZES

* All winners will be notified through phone and email or registered mail by KFC.
* The Grand prize winner and Metro Manila winners shall claim their prizes at the KFC Head Office in QC.
* Winners outside Metro Manila can arrange for prizes to be delivered to nearby KFC restaurants.
* Winners must present the notification mail and 2 valid IDs to claim prizes.
* Authorized representatives may claim prizes by presenting the above mentioned requirements,
a letter of authorization, and 2 valid IDs.
* Winners below 18 years of age, have to be with their legal guardians to claim prizes.
* All prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
* Grand prize not claimed within 3 days after notification is forfeited. Other prizes not claimed within 60 days
after notification are forfeited in favor of KFC with prior DTI approval.
* All winners, during redemption of prizes, will be asked to sign a RECEIPT FORM indicating that their
prizes have been claimed.
* The potential and/or valid winners’ name and/or photos from the Grand Draw may be, at the discretion of KFC,
be posted on TV commercials, announced on TV or radio stations, or printed in other form of marketing collaterals. By entering this promotion, the participating subscribers agree to this term. The winners shall authorize
KFC and NBA Properties, Inc to use their names and pictures for publicity purposes without this conferring
any remuneration, right or benefit of any kind other than the award of their prize.
* Should a provincial customer win the Grand prize, transportation and accommodations to Manila are not
included and will be shouldered by the winner.
* KFC and the NBA and its member teams, NBA Properties, Inc (collectively the “NBA Entities”) may not
be held liable for any incident that occurs during use of the prize won (during use of air and land transport,
hotel services or during the basketball match or for any incident that occurs on these occasions) and may not
be held responsible for the proper working of the prizes won by instant winners, these being offered subject
to the liability of the manufacturers.
* In case of dispute, KFC’s decision in concurrence with DTI shall be final.
