October is near and i think my heart will witness MassKara Festival in Bacolod. Which known as the "City of Smiles" brings back the tradition of colorful mask fiesta. The face colorful smiling mask designs with dance and cooperation of local large participants. Made the big event become famous to the country and around the world. I like to join this big street party festival to unwind from stress. Also to experience its cool events, food, places, people, culture and native festival.
