Past ten years my family is using on and off Eveready batteries. That is  for the reason of trying other brands. Also to try other attractive cheaper commercial batteries. I used Battery brand X before when traveling, doing sporting activities, blogging projects here in the Philippines and Abroad.  To keep my Digital Camera capture the lifetime remarkable moments. “The High Flyers Campaign”

This is a good advocacy organize by PMAP and promoted by our  blogger/writer friend Richard Mamuyac. As what he said  “The High Flyers Campaign” video-making contest which aims to continue an earlier campaign / advocacy of the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) and reach the youth more effectively through an interactive activity. The term High Flyers is a metaphor for the kind of youth that we believe to be winners, not just for the contest but for the rest of their lives, since they are more assured of jobs and a secure future.

To create a high level of awareness, PMAP has partnered with Dingdong Dantes as the campaigns’ official endorser.  The 2-minute video will feature Dingdong as he einvite students to join the PMAP and SEAIR Search for the High Flyers. The contest is open to students 16-21 years of age and it will run from November 25, 2010 until March 15, 2011.  Grand prizes include trips to Boracay and Singapore.

Lopez Museum, Graffiti Displays

I was invited to tour the Lopez Museum along with the other online media journalists. The paintings were truly amazing and captivating. I have seen different works of Filipino artists but none are as good as the collection at the Lopez Museum. The highlight for me was the Graffiti displays which showed the finer part of graffiti and turned them into art. Some of the paintings reminded me of the streets in Harlem and the Queens. Graffiti or street murals reflect raw emotions of someone else’s life experience. One of the nicest paintings I've seen was that of FPJ’s, the famous Filipino action star which the artist painted because FPJ was his hero in life.
