U.S. Navy Chaplain Biadog and Tony Cercena participated in the Medical and Humanitarian
Outreach in Pangasinan, Zambales, Manila and Bacolod on March 16-23, 2010. Sister Eva Maamo
and Malacanang Palace Inter-Faith Catholic Bishop Efraim Perez observed the feeding of the needy

Well behave children line up as they take turn to be served
with fresh milk and peanut butter sandwich in Pangasinan.

Before the feeding of the children in Bacolod, brush fire was accidentally ignited by children playing behind the school
building. Tony and Chaplain helped put out the fire using their Navy training skill in fire fighting before the local Fire
Dept arrived to distinguish the fire. Feeding and books gift giving to the children continued later. What an exciting day.
